Jeffery is also a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and Florida. Further, he is an Adjunct Professor of strategic management, accounting, and finance in MBA programs.

DANA B. CHITWOOD
Dana Chitwood has been with the BUSINESS HOUSE, inc.SM since 2002 and brings a great deal of expertise to the business. Administratively, Dana manages the office on a day-to-day basis and additionally, she is the president’s, Jeffery Merry’s Executive Assistant; further, she facilitates due diligence and closing packages, manages funding packages to financial institutions, manages buyers, coordinates with sellers to develop business analysis on available companies for circulation to prospective buyers, and manages the company’s invoicing, and scheduling. With an educational concentration in Computer Science, Dana is fluent in an extensive variety of software packages, as well as computer network operations.
Past experiences include over fifteen years in research, development, senior administrative and direct interface contact with customers. As well as over seven years experience in outside sales with a major clothing manufacturing company where she received numerous sales awards and commendations of excellence including nomination to the Leadership Board for the company.

JON L. MERRY, CMEA
Jon Merry has been with the BUSINESS HOUSE, inc.SM since 2004 as a C.B.A. He has a keen understanding for the buying and selling process and has assisted our staff of Senior Brokers with numerous M&A transactions. In 2012, Jon obtained his Real Estate License and now excels as a Senior Business Broker. Jon is well versed in the industry and handles a wide range of deal making activities to help meet our clients’ needs. Jon is also member of the Georgia Association of Business Brokers where he received recognition for achievement into the Multi-Million Dollar Club for 2012 and 2013 for closed M&A transactions. Further, Jon is a member of the International Society of Business Analysts (ISBA).
In addition, Jon has been a Certified Machinery/Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) with the National Equipment Business Builders Institute (NEBB Institute) for over 10. A CMEA is intensively trained in the legal requirements involving the USPAP standards, as well as the methodology approach employed in establishing fair market value, orderly liquation value, and force liquation value in any market condition.

RaeLynda Adams Merry graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Literature, as well as an Associate Degree in Education from Reinhardt University. RaeLynda joined the BUSINESS HOUSE, inc.SM Team in 2007 as the Firm’s National Marketing Manager. She brings a great deal of hands on, customer contact and service experience to our clients. Additionally, she manages all marketing efforts for the company for both Buyers and Sellers. RaeLynda also controls all strategic databases for the company. At any given time, our strategic database includes thousands of financially qualified private investors and buyers allowing us to sell 95% of the businesses we take to market. In addition, RaeLynda publishes the BUSINESS HOUSE, inc.SM internal newsletter, marketing campaigns, and authors industry white papers that continue to keep business owners and buyers educated on the market.
Further, RaeLynda is a member of the Dahlonega Young Professionals Group and Georgia Lenders Quality Circle (GLQC). STUART J. BRADY
Stuart J. Brady is a Senior Business Analyst with the BUSINESS HOUSE, inc.SM with over 9 years of experience as a successful business broker. His area of focus has been the family owned and independent business owners with typical revenues in the range of $2M to $20M, and has worked with business owners in the manufacturing, distributing and services industries.
Mr. Brady comes from a family business background where he spent 17 years as a manufacturer’s representative of better women’s apparel in the southeast for Frank J. Brady & Sons. In addition to managing his 4-state territory, Mr. Brady was responsible for managing their 25 sales associates for their Atlanta showroom. Frank J. Brady & Sons serviced small boutiques, catalog houses, and select department stores throughout the Southeast.
Mr. Brady is still a small business owner today, and this year celebrates 16 years of owning and operating the Kirkwood Car Wash, a self-service car wash in the historic Atlanta neighborhood of Kirkwood. Mr. Brady has served on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Association of Business Brokers. Mr. Brady is also a long time member of the Decatur Business Association, as well as the Kirkwood Business Owners’ Association. Mr. Brady considers himself practically a native Georgian after living here for 45+ years.

John’s 30-year professional career includes extensive experience in manufacturing and product development. John has managed acquisitions and reorganizations of entrepreneurial enterprises in the areas of medical devices, distribution and consumer products.
Committing full time to mergers and acquisitions in 2006, John was awarded the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Association of Business Brokers.

Upon graduating, Mark spent 20 years as a Business Development Executive with Fortune 500 Companies. For almost 20 years, Van Watkins has been actively involved in the Business Acquisitions Industry, focusing on Service, Distribution, Medical & Manufacturing businesses with between $1 million and $20 million in gross annual sales. He has distinguished himself as a Mergers & Acquisitions frontrunner and served for 7 years on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Association of Business Brokers.
